How to choose a manufactured home park

Oregon has been a high destination area for Mobile or manufactured homes since the 1940′s, and still today nothing has changed. Manufactued housing has always been a fantastic and perfect fit for seniors (55+) because of the convienence of living around other seniors as your companions and the closness of the park. Manufactured home parks are also ideal for families, as some of them include pools, spas, community centers or clubhouses, as well as walking/running trails and most are pet friendly!
