Debbie Espinoza was delightful to work with. She was knowledgeable and flexible and really helped us with decisions. She was responsive to phone calls and emails. She was very clear about who to contact when issues arose. No issues arose with the purchase process.

Sharene in the office was helpful as several issues arose. It isn’t easy to know who to call about what issues. It varies during the different stages in the process. Sharene helped us when we needed some immediate repairs (there were a few) and then later, after the 30 days, we were referred to the manufacturer. Thanks to all at J&M.
