David was the young man who helped me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find my forever home. He didn’t try to take me out of my price budget to make a sale which most places will do. All the other places I worked with I felt like I was a number and they just wanted to to make a sale.
That was not the case withJ&M I didn’t feel any pressure from them.

I looked for over two years to find my forever home. I’ve worked with a lot of manufacture companies. It was a hard process over two years Until I met David, I even drove 4 1/2 hours to work with these guys. If I ever purchase another one, I will definitely go with J &M.

I fell in love with the hey Jude and he helped make it happen. Everybody that’s worked with me on this project has been outstanding and I would highly recommend anybody wanting to buy a manufactured house to go to these guys not to mention the prices are so much better than anywhere else in the state of Oregon, I really appreciate them all making this process painless. To franchise themselves, we all need more companies like them, and it definitely wouldn’t hurt to have several J&M Homes around our state(I know they have a few) Wouldn’t hurt to have more people like them.

Thanks to everybody that has made this process easy on me. I have been through a lot the last three years.(My husband passed away) I’ve had to do this all on my own, and because of you guys, my life is gonna be better then what it was.

I appreciate every single person, including Ryan, the delivery guy for going above and beyond to make this happen for me not to mention Ryan saving a tree that my husband planted before he passed away it was in the way of the trailer, and somehow he managed to save it I am forever grateful, thanks again.
