J&M Homes believes in providing the best possible experience possible. The purchase price of all our new homes includes transportation to your prepared site within roughly 60 miles, set up on your prepared site, hookup water and sewer if properly stubbed up, interior sheetrock and finish work, installation of carpet and pad, homeowner orientation and walk thru with a factory rep. We also have it professionally cleaned when we are all done.
