Read more Our experience was emotionally mixed because our 25 year old original Intercity home was burned out in a wildfire. We started with anger and grief at the loss of everything and starting over. However, Shannon was easy to work with and did everything possible to get things to come out right. Jasmine was the key player in getting problems after siting of the home solved. All this was complicated by the home site being 160 miles from J&M and the factory.

When the home showed up, I was supposed to have a door instead of a window on one of the end walls and Jasmine coordinated with the factory and took care of it before I got the keys to my home.
Read more Shannon was really on top of things. She was so very helpful in setting up the inside of our new home with extended walls, higher commodes, and almost anything she was so helpful. And our home was a month early being delivered and Shannon was right on top of getting all the crews out here to set up our new home. She did a fantastic job. The only issue I had was the set up crew did not hook up the water or septic lines as I was told they would be doing. But being quite handy myself it was no problem to get those two things done. Also, the walk through process could have been a little less rushed, it kind of felt like he was in a hurry to get us off his check list. There are a couple things that were missed due to the rushed walk through. But again, no problem because I’m quite the handyman myself. I did do all the site prep, electrical and septic system myself. Thank you for your assistance.

James was able to find another home with a very similar configuration to fit within the boundaries. Very good experience and very satisfied with the follow up service when needed.
