Nothing could have been done better. J&M did and continues to do a great job.

Richard, Amy, and Mike have all been fantastic throughout the purchase process. Very professional, friendly, and thorough/prompt in their follow through. The whole process of selecting the home itself, modifications, and options was easy and enjoyable. Richard was pleasant throughout the process and Mike was always available to verify that everything was coming together smoothly. Amy was always prompt in responding and excellent in helping us follow up on quality control issues with the factory.

The home satisfaction issues noted in the ratings above are not a reflection of J&M and simply have to do with quality control issues from the factory. The home itself is beautiful but there were some manufacturing issues that we are still coordinating with Golden West on getting resolved where possible/prudent. Everyone involved has been wonderful throughout the process.
