The people at J&M are really great. Kimberly Raney was my own HGTV designer who took a very tight budget and a basic design home and turned it into a dream home. She turned a small bedroom into a luxury bathroom with handicap shower and soaker tub. Added on 16 feet for a 3rd bedroom and a bonus room/ family room. Kim was awesome, she helped me get the home of my dreams. She ALWAYS kept me up to date on the process. And made sure she got me answers right away and if she couldn’t she would let me know she was working on it She is fantastic!!!

Mike the manager made it happen. When the county made us put in an expensive septic system. Mike helped us figure out changes we could make and stay in budget. We have been in our house for 7 months and I still smile when I look around my house. I never hesitate to recommend J&M homes in McMinnville.
