Very Satisfactory

Our experience was emotionally mixed because our 25 year old original Intercity home was burned out in a wildfire. We started with anger and grief at the loss of everything and starting over. However, Shannon was easy to work with and did everything possible to get things to come out right. Jasmine was the key player in getting problems after siting of the home solved. All this was complicated by the home site being 160 miles from J&M and the factory.
