Contact and response was frequent, and the process was streamlined. Professionalism was top-notch. The staff at the Albany location works as a cohesive unit and do an excellent job of sharing the status of customer progress among themselves. This allowed for calls and questions to be answered quickly and efficiently during staffed hours. Any site progress considerations that were required were expedited and given priority attention for a speedy resolve.
