The follow-through was very good. Jasmine stayed in touch with us with updates. Dan and Kathy were great to work with on the initial purchase process. Overall, J&M is easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of.

There was some miscommunication in the beginning about the cost of the home, but it was settled fairly. Jason, our interior finish man, was amazing and thorough; however, the outside finish crew had to come back several times because they didn’t have what they needed to complete the work.

We had a unique situation, where the factory was in charge of our setup rather than J&M because it was a lot model purchased from Clayton. So it made it more difficult for Jasmine to control all the moving parts. She still did a fantastic job. We are not moved in yet, but expect warranty service and repairs will go just as smoothly!!
