Delighted

Jim in Redmond was great to work with, as usual! Sharene and Bruce were great as well to help with the warranty process and getting a few things fixed!

This was our second home through J&M. We spec build these in Central Oregon. There were a few hiccups with the install crew, but Jim was on top of it and pivoted to make the time line. We had some warranty needs after the new home buyer had an inspection done. Bruce coordinated these and kept us in the loop and was able to get us across the finish line. These two guys made it happen and will do business again because of them!
