Our sales agent, Eric Stelzer, was great! He communicated regularly and followed up on any questions or issues needing resolved. He persisted in seeing the floor issues resolved when we were not getting results from the factory. He seemed to genuinely care about my parents and their well being in this move. We received the home way ahead of schedule.
