From the moment my husband, Nathan, and I arrived at the Albany lot, Kathy welcomed us and immediately made the experience easy and comfortable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

It’s clear she has a lot of experience, but what really stands out is how much she genuinely cares about her customers and making sure they’re happy. If you’re clear about your needs, budget, and expectations, she’ll do everything she can to make it happen.

Kathy works with a variety of lenders and contractors and guides you every step of the way, which made a huge difference for us.

Overall, if I had to go through the process again, I would still choose J & M Homes. The few bumps we experienced were due to factors outside of their control, not anything on their end. Despite that, the experience was still positive, and I would absolutely recommend working with Jasmine, Kathy, and Troy.
